To be able to start implementing the reuse system in public activities, Diet Plastik Indonesia has prepared a Reuse Protocol which is implemented at the music festival, IKLIM Fest.
The implementation of this reuse protocol applies to visitors, event performers and food and beverage providers in collaboration with 3 reuse operators, namely Allas, Taksu and Balikin.
By implementing the reuse protocol at this activity, it was successful in preventing more than 3,300 single-use plastic waste from more than 1,800 who attended this event. The main thing in implementing this reuse protocol is the level of reuse of the containers used, which shows that using 4 reusable containers can fulfill up to 10 portions of food and drink.
